Return And Exchange Policy
In-Store-Credit Policy
•We offer a 60-day in-store-credit ( Receive a store credit to use on a future purchase) for all products on returns instead of REFUNDS.
•To be eligible for a credit, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and included in the return package.
•Delivery costs are non-refundable
•Please allow 1-2 business days for In-Store-Credit to be processed.
Exchange Policy:
•Exchange for a different size, colour.
•Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
•To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number, reason for exchange, and desired replacement item.
•Customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
•We will ship the replacement item within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions
•Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
